Boyden Appoints New Partner in London
Boyden, a global leader in executive search, announced that Uma Cresswell has joined the firm as a Partner and Global Head of HR and Talent Management, Financial Services. Based in their London office, she will be an integral part of the Boyden Global Financial Services business.
Uma has over 20 years’ experience in senior financial services HR roles and has worked at C-suite level in Europe, the Middle East, North America, Asia and Australasia. Prior to joining Boyden, she held senior roles at Australia & New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ), AXA Rosenberg, Deutsche Bank, Cable & Wireless and NatWest Bank.
She brings to the business a first-hand understanding of both the people and regulatory challenges facing financial services firms, from talent acquisition and regulatory compliance to diversity, succession planning, compensation and benefits, change management and HR transformation.
