IRC Keeps Expanding in Response to Technological and Political Disruption
According to the leading Czech economist Miroslav Zamecnik, strong global networks of locally oriented firms are best placed to meet client needs in an increasingly volatile world.
Mr Zamecnik provided his perspective on the uncertainty, the lack of trust in leaders and trade protectionism and their implications for international organisations. The omnipresent disruptive political and economic environment is significantly affecting business worldwide, according to Mr Zamecnik, who was one of the keynote speakers at the annual Global Conference of IRC Global Executive Search Partners in Prague, the Czech Republic.
Delegates representing 80 cities and six continents focused on driving business in a globally connected and disruptive world and the ways in which the leading global executive search alliance may help clients to succeed.
Former Chairman Microsoft Europe, Jan Muehlfeit, shared his views on Disruptive Technology and Innovation in relation to Positive Leadership, the theme of his recently published book.
Patrick Westerburger, President of the IRC Executive Board: “Experts show us we are on the right track in redefining the executive search business. With our global footprint in 80 cities we help our clients identify leaders who understand the challenges of our ever-changing world. Our growth will continue as clients also keep expanding their reach. We recently added new offices in the USA and EMEA region and we expect further growth in South America and Asia”.
