Alder Koten Acquires OCE Consulting, a Houston-Based Management Consulting Firm
Alder Koten, the consulting firm that helps shape organizations through a combination of recruitment, cultural & leadership advisory, and talent stewardship services, announced that it has acquired OCE Consulting, a Houston-based management consulting firm.
OCE Consulting focuses on helping clients achieve successful deployment of their business strategies, through culture deployment and the effective application of change management techniques. Their list of clients includes a wide array of companies in different industries and regions of the world – including industrial conglomerates, manufacturers, energy companies, and financial institutions.
As part of the integration Ricardo Monardez, OCE Consulting’s Managing Director, will join Alder Koten as the Managing Partner for Alder Koten Advisory.
