Hanover Search Group Appoints Two New Hires for Their Operations and Financial Planning Teams.
As part of their continuing expansion efforts, Hanover Search Group (HSG) has appointed two new hires. Tom Taylor who has joined as Senior Consultant will be the SME for the Operations space at HSG and Charlie Holden as Researcher to further expand the Financial Planning team. Both will be reporting into Group Director Stephen Phipps.

Mr Taylor has operated as a consultant in the UK for a number of years, having completed multiple mid to senior level Operations engagements for the likes of Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Blackrock, Bluecrest, CQS and Winton Capital. At HSG Mr Taylor will initially focus on senior and strategic Operations assignments across UK Insurance, Asset & Wealth Management as well as Hedge Fund client base. Prior to joining HSG, Mr Taylor developed the Operations practice at a world-leading specialist professional recruitment consultancy that focuses on broader Financial Services recruitment offering. There he was responsible for client development and engagement delivery for all Operations recruitment across the Investment Management sector within the UK and internationally in Europe and the Middle East.
Mr Holden graduated from Cardiff University with a degree in English Literature in 2015 and joined the Wealth and Asset Management desk of a city based Financial Recruitment organisation. He completed various mid to front office mandates with top tier Asset Management houses in London. Mr Holden then joined the Hanover Search Group in March 2016 and sits within the Wealth Management team, on the Financial Planning desk. A keen sportsman, Mr Holden competed for Cardiff University Athletics and Swimming teams. He is looking forward to making a name for himself in Financial Services Recruitment and growing his reputation within the Wealth Management industry.
