GRMSearch Records Strong Revenue Growth
GRMSearch has seen an increase in revenue in the past two quarters, with the recruitment, executive search and consulting firm recording year-on-year growth of 40.5% and 41.7% respectively in Q2 and Q3 of this year.
Rob Green, CEO of GRMSearch, said the results were due to staff retention, staff training and working closer with clients to achieve better results.
“2015 has been a very strong year for GRM in a number of ways, including the work we have done for our clients, the development of our team, and the awards we have won. Seeing that all play out on the financial side is very rewarding, and I’m confident that we are going to continue to raise the bar as we move forward,” said Mr Green.
Earlier this year, GRM was awarded Best New Agency in Asia Pacific at the 2015 Global Recruiter Awards, Best Legal Recruitment Team in Hong Kong in the 2015 Recruitment International Awards, and the #2 Agency in Hong Kong in the 2015 Asia HR Awards.
Since 2013, GRM has grown from a firm of five people into a multi-office, multi-award winning firm with 27 employees, a database of more than 200,000 candidates, and more than 300 long-term clients.
