Paul Groce Rejoins Heidrick & Struggles As Partner In New York
Heidrick & Struggles, the premier provider of executive search, leadership consulting and culture shaping worldwide, strengthens its information and technology expertise with the announcement of Paul Groce rejoining the firm's New York office.
With Heidrick & Struggles until 2005, Mr Groce was a key member of the Global CIO Practice, serving clients across multiple industries.
Mr Groce will work with companies across all industry sectors building their CIO/CTO leadership teams at the most senior levels while partnering with clients on global leadership strategies and opportunities.

Prior to this role, Mr Groce was a partner and head of the Global CIO/Technology & Operations Practice for another major search firm where he joined as a founding member of the firm's financial services practice. Mr Groce has placed C-Suite technology, data, shared services and operations executives in key positions across all industries via a horizontal specialization in the areas of Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Data Officer, application development, IT Operations and other IT team human capital needs. In addition to pure technology assignments, Mr Groce has experience in related areas including operations, information security, quality, business process outsourcing and inclusion/diversity focused team-building. His CIO portfolio of work includes more than 500 financial services, retail, life sciences, supply chain/distribution, manufacturing, technology and professional services CIO/CTO and related senior roles ranging from PE-backed portfolio company CIOs to $100B+ corporations.
Mr Groce graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science degree, and earned his MBA in Finance from Auburn University's College of Business.
