ZRG Partners Rebrands and Launches New Website
ZRG Partners, a global executive search firm, rebranded and unveiled a new redesigned web site. The new identity comes on the heels of the firm’s successful capital raise closed in February 2015, which will provide equity to continue growing the firm around the world. It also coincides with ZRG Partners’ 15-year anniversary, a testament to ZRG’s resiliency and client focus for over a decade.

These attributes drove our changes and have been fundamental to our success. The ZRG Partners logo is based on the core principles and values that govern our brand as a whole.”
The key elements to recognize within the logo are the rich combination of colors, global-centric design and clean, modern feel. By using off set streaming lines to create the globe, the design sits perfectly within the 23.5 degree sheared jewel that surrounds it. Using 23.5 degrees is significant as it reflects the precise tilt of the Earth’s axis that produces changing seasons as the Earth rotates around the Sun. There is a visual, yet subliminal connection to a global company (ZRG) that adapts to change. The use of uppercase typography with wide kerning gives the logo great visual legibility along with perfect balance. These visual concepts are leveraged throughout the creation of the website and collateral materials.
