International Executive Joins Stanton Chase Executive Search In Nashville
Stanton Chase International, a global retained executive search firm, has announced the appointment of Peter Lawson as a Director based in Nashville.
Mr Lawson will focus on senior executive search and placement in the Consumer Products and Services, Natural Resources and Energy, and Diversity practice groups.
He has led operations, marketing, strategy and mergers and acquisitions in the United States, Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Australia and served as a senior management consultant and advisor to Fortune 500 companies.

Mr Lawson held executive positions in operations, marketing, strategy and mergers and acquisitions at The Coca-Cola Company, Royal Dutch Shell and Tyco Fire & Security, where he led worldwide marketing, strategy, information technology and procurement for the company’s manufacturing, sales and service operations across more than 100 countries. While at Royal Dutch Shell in London, Mr Lawson also served as senior advisor to the Executive Committee of Managing Directors for major oil, gas, and renewable energy investments, cross-business strategy, and corporate affairs for Latin America and Africa. He was also involved in the assessment and selection of candidates for Country Chairman for Shell’s operations in each market. He has also served as both chairman and board director of companies in the oil and gas, financial services, port services and engineering sectors.
Mr Lawson received his Bachelor of Arts degree in music and economics from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration degree from Emory University. He completed post-graduate studies in Mergers and Acquisitions at the University of Chicago and Scenario Planning at Oxford University in the United Kingdom.
