Due to popular demand The Research Practitioner Skills Day (#researchskillsday), designed to equip researchers with the skills and knowledge to identify top talent, is being held for the second time this year and the fifth time in history.
At the event being hosted by search-consult in London on 4 November 2014, executive researchers will receive plenty of practical tips and guidance, enabling them to excel at their work. The day will comprise of the following three breakout sessions – Planning Your Search, Getting the Most Out of the Internet and LinkedIn and Why should your Consultant and Client see this Candidate? as well as a Q+A discussion. The trainers lined up for the event are Carol O’Driscoll, Director at Archer Search and a former research director, Europe, for Russell Reynolds Associates; Francesca Lahiguera, Heidrick & Struggles alumni and search professional, and long-term search-consult trainer and internet research specialist Lois Grimshaw.

Feedback from past delegates has been excellent.
Vicky Hodson, Harvey Nash, attended the last event. She said: "Fantastic event. Kept me engaged throughout, and I have taken a lot away from each session. All the presenters were extremely credible and inspirational."
