Team Change At Pedersen & Partners Croatia
Pedersen & Partners, an international executive search firm, has announced that Sanja Brkic will no longer work at the firm as of 30th September.
Ms Brkic is leaving after over 6 years as Country Manager, in order to explore new career opportunities. The Croatian operations will be managed on an interim basis by Mona Neagoe, who is the Partner in charge of the Adriatic Region and oversees Hungary, Romania and the Republic of Moldova.
Ms Neagoe will be supported by Domagoj Bedenikovic, who joins the firm as a Consultant. Mr Bedenikovic previously worked for an international recruitment firm as a managing consultant and the country manager for Croatia. Prior to that, Mr Bedenikovic had a career in sales with two Croatian media firms and a London-based pharmaceutical company.
“I am proud and delighted to become part of the Pedersen & Partners team, known as one of the leading Executive Search firms across CEE. I look forward to helping to continue to build the brand’s excellence – here, locally and throughout the region,” said Mr Bedenikovic.
“Domagoj is a dedicated professional who has shown solid performance in his previous management role, and we are confident that he will add value to our team locally and continue to strengthen our reputation in Croatia. We are thankful for Sanja’s years of service, and we wish her well in her future endeavors,” Ms Neagoe commented.
