Norman Broadbent Completes Brand Consolidation
Provider of senior and board executive search and leadership consultancy and assessment services Norman Broadbent plc has announced it has sold its 20 per cent holding in Norman Broadbent Spain.
The sale was completed on 30 July 2014, coinciding with the termination of the licence agreement to use the brand Norman Broadbent. All funds have been received.
The Company has now regained global control of all the Norman Broadbent intellectual property following the termination of inherited licences in Canada, Italy, all North African countries, all Middle Eastern countries and now Spain (which also operates in Colombia).
Interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2014 are due to be released in September 2014.
