Boyden Leadership Series Features iCrossing's Brian Powley
Executive search organisation Boyden has released its latest issue of the Boyden Leadership Series, which features an in-depth interview with Brian Powley, Global President of iCrossing.
In the interview, Mr Powley discusses the differences of being the top boss, the Hearst advantage in digital marketing, the blending of digital media, the importance of transparency in leadership, and talent acquisition in the post-baby boomer era.

In 2013, Mr Powley was named Global President of iCrossing and charged with leading the 900-employee agency’s worldwide operations, strategy and culture throughout its network of 17 offices across nine countries. He joined iCrossing in 2007 to manage the agency’s San Francisco office. He was made responsible for leading iCrossing’s client services team as chief client officer.
In 2009, Mr Powley was named iCrossing’s President, North America, a role in which he continued to focus on domestic client satisfaction and the agency’s growth.
Mr Powley has over 25 years of experience in advertising and marketing services. He has had full P&L and operating responsibility and held global roles in account management, business development and executive leadership at various agencies, including OgilvyOne Worldwide, MRM Worldwide and Modem Media. A native of the UK, Mr Powley has also served in the British Army.
