BIE Expands Business Transformation Practice
Executive recruitment firm BIE Executive has announced the appointment of management consultant Fabrice Rodrigue to its Business Transformation Practice.
"Clearly the experience and expertise of a management consultancy is invaluable to mitigate the risks involved in major transformation programmes", said Ben Hawkins, who leads BIE's Transformation Practice. "However, our clients increasingly tell us that they also want to retain control, build capability within their organisation and create a lasting legacy when going through major change, which is why they often opt for an in-house model, bringing in interim executives.”
"By bringing on board the expertise of a respected and experienced management consultant, we are much better placed to help our clients really understand their requirements and help them develop a transformation model that gives them the best of both worlds," Mr Hawkins added.
Before joining BIE, Mr Rodrigue led transformation programmes. In addition to his background of process, technology and change, he brings particular experience in supply chain and procurement, gained most recently at Ernst & Young and previously with Atos KPMG Consulting, Chaucer Consulting and Accenture.
At Ernst & Young, Mr Rodrigue led, developed and created methodology and thought leadership around the major programme transformation solution offering. He has experience in the arenas of target operating model (TOM) design and process and design transformation. He has led business transformation programmes for organisations across a range of sectors, including the MoD, National Grid, Ericsson, NatWest, Sainsbury's, Caterpillar and BP.
BIE Executive CEO Rob Walker said: "We're delighted to have an accomplished and experienced large scale transformation programme delivery director such as Fabrice join our team. His appointment underpins our commitment to evolving with our clients as the market changes."
"BIE have built a market leading reputation for building business transformation teams. They are once again anticipating the market, and I'm excited to be working with their clients to deliver best-in-class transformation solutions," said Mr Rodrigue.
