Kai Hammerich Joins Korn Ferry
Korn Ferry has announced that Kai Hammerich has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner. He will be based out of the London office.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr Hammerich led the European Leadership and Succession Practice for a global executive search firm, working with C-suite executives and board members at Nordic, European and global technology clients. Before that he led the European and Global Technology Sector and was involved in establishing its presence in the Nordic region. He has experience in advising clients on how to align a company's talent portfolio with the overall business strategy and company culture.
Previously, Mr Hammerich worked for Apple Computer as the UK regional marketing director, based in London, and as EMEA marketing manager for the Education Business Unit based in Paris. Before that, he held various sales and marketing management positions at Apple Computer and Hewlett-Packard in Denmark.

Mr Hammerich received his M.B.A. from Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and his M.Sc. in economics from the University of Aarhus, Denmark. He is fluent in Danish, English, Swedish and Norwegian and is a published author and thought leader. He co-authored a book called Fish Can’t See Water, which is about how national culture impacts organizational culture and business success.
