talentRISE Adds Brad Newpoff As Partner
TalentRISE, a Chicago-based management consulting company focused on recruitment, has announced that Brad Newpoff has joined as a Partner.
Mr Newpoff will be responsible for leading and delivering the full suite of the talentRISE solutions while maintaining a deep focus in executive search. He has experience in executive search across the healthcare, life sciences, laboratory services, financial services, insurance, technology and private equity industries.
Prior to joining talentRISE in their Chicago headquarters, Mr Newpoff was executive vice president with a global executive search firm, and prior to that he was the founder and president of BeechTree Partners LLC, an international boutique executive search firm specializing in the healthcare, technology, financial services, not-for-profit and higher education industries.

Mr Newpoff is a member in a number of professional organizations, including Americans Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). He is also on the executive boards of Emerald City Theatre and Kids in the Game, a not-for-profit dedicated to getting underprivileged youth active in sports. Mr Newpoff began his college education at Hampden Sydney College in Virginia and graduated from The Ohio State University in Business Administration and Journalism.
