New Addition To Coleman Lew + Associates
Ken Carrick, Jr., President of Coleman Lew + Associates, Inc., an international retained executive search firm, has announced the appointment of Shirley Lamm as a Search Consultant for the company.
Mr Carrick said: “We are excited to have Shirley join our team. Her breadth and depth of search experience as well as her wisdom will be a valuable asset to us and to the clients she serves.”
Ms Lamm began her professional career as a research assistant for Heidrick and Struggles. She became research associate and later became director of research in the New York office of Norman Broadbent International. After completing her graduate degree, Ms Lamm relocated to Charlotte to join NationsBank as a staffing manager and eventually became vice president and personnel manager for the Global Corporate and Investment Banking Group for Bank of America. During her tenure with Bank of America, she was involved with recruiting and interviewing executive referrals for the policy committee. Prior to joining Coleman Lew, she worked for a local executive search firm based in Charlotte.
Ms Lamm earned a BA in French from Dickinson College and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Fordham University. She and her husband have three children, and she actively serves as a PTA Board Member and on the Children's Education Committee at Theatre Charlotte.
