Arcus Global Partners Appoints Two Managing Directors
Recruitment firm Arcus Global Partners has appointed Ellie Rich-Poole and Justin Whitehouse as Managing Directors. Both took up their roles at the start of the year.
Ms Rich-Poole joined the business from parent company Norman Broadbent, where she was a director of the HR Practice. She joined Arcus to establish and then grow the HR Practice. She spent her early career in resourcing and HR roles before transitioning to search almost ten years ago. Prior to joining the Norman Broadbent group in 2012, Ms Rich-Poole held positions at Michael Page as well as HR generalist roles at NAAFI (Navy, Army & Air Force Institutes) Woolworths and B&Q.
Ms Rich-Poole commented: “I am delighted to have moved within the Norman Broadbent group and joined the Arcus team, where I can use my HR network to support clients in a wider range of solutions including HR Search, Interim and Talent Spotting”.
Justin Whitehouse has been a provider of senior interim talent to the financial services sector for over a decade. At Arcus, Mr Whitehouse is responsible for developing an interim management business. He said: “I am really looking forward to working within the Norman Broadbent Group and Arcus Global Partners at this exciting stage of their development. There are great opportunities to expand the executive interim management proposition and really drive competitive advantage across the existing clients of the group.”
Simon Vaughan-Edwards, CEO of Arcus Global Partners, commented: “I am delighted that Justin and Ellie have joined our business at this exciting time, as we look to build on the success of our first year, expanding in terms of sectors and geographies.
“Ellie brings a wealth of HR expertise and experience that will be valuable across our whole client base. Her understanding of the evolving nature of the strategic HR function is excellent, allowing her to deliver candidates who can add considerable insight and value.
“As a firm we can partner with clients across the full spectrum of their hiring needs. Building an interim offering was key to our business plan, and we are delighted to have executed this so early on, and with someone of Justin’s seniority and reputation.”
