Odgers Berndtson Names Partner In Industrial And Consumer Practices
Executive search and organizational leadership firm Odgers Berndtson has announced that Timothy Brooks has joined as a Partner in its Industrial and Consumer practices.
Mr Brooks, who is based in Odgers' New York office, will continue to specialize in domestic and global searches for CEO, general manager, and other senior leadership roles for consumer product and industrial companies, including those in the energy and utilities sectors. In addition, he will direct leadership searches for functions such as human resources, sales and marketing, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and research and development.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Mr Brooks was an executive search consultant at another search firm, where he similarly focused on searches for chief executive and general manager roles, as well as commercial and operational leadership positions within the industrial and consumer products industries. Earlier, he was a development director with Greystar Real Estate Partners, a multifamily real estate company in the United States.
Mr Brooks also served for 10 years as a US Marine officer, with infantry units in Iraq, Kosovo, Colombia and aboard the USS Nassau. He earned his undergraduate degree in International Studies and Political Science with highest honors from the Virginia Military Institute and his MBA from the Harvard Business School, where he was a Mahoney Fellow.
