Los Angeles Search Firms Merge
Los Angeles-based search firm Bridge Executive Corporation and Stanton Chase International have formed a merger.
The merger was announced by Edward J. Savage, Managing Director of the Stanton Chase Los Angeles office, and Anthony V. Pfannkuche, Ph.d, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bridge Executive Corporation.
Bridge Executive Corporation specializes in the placement of interim and permanent executives. The firm’s interim placement division will remain separate from the relationship with Stanton Chase.
Dr Pfannkuche and Martin Cooper, a senior director with Bridge, have joined Stanton Chase’s Healthcare Practice as Directors and will work out of the Los Angeles office.
“The merger with Bridge Executive’s permanent retained search division will strengthen the Stanton Chase position as one of the leaders in the healthcare and information technology sectors,” said Mr Savage, a co-founder of Stanton Chase.
He added: “This merger is an investment in building the national reach and capability of the Stanton Chase Healthcare Practice Group. The transformation of the healthcare system through the ongoing implementation of the Affordable Care Act has created a demand for innovative and flexible senior management talent.
“Through our combined efforts, we will be able to respond to client needs as they build new types of organizations.”
“We are excited about the merger with Stanton Chase,” said Dr. Pfannkuche. “Our combined efforts will provide our clients with the C-level executives they need to successfully move into the future in what has become a rapidly changing industry.”
Late last year, Stanton Chase merged with Nashville-based Johnston Healthcare Search.
