GRMSearch Opens Office In Johannesburg
Executive search firm GRMSearch has announced the opening of its third office, which is in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Speaking about the decision to grow into South Africa, CEO Rob Green said: “Our launch into the Johannesburg legal and compliance recruitment market is a major part of our global strategy. We have watched and studied the growing importance of South Africa and the African continent to our international clients who are now entering the market in numbers.”
Spearheading the new office based in Rosebank, Johannesburg, is Director Dale Verster. Mr Verster started his working career as an attorney and later went on to qualify as a patent attorney, working at some of Africa’s law firms. Most recently, Mr Verster held a position at specialist IP firm DM Kisch. He also spent two years working as a consultant at a boutique recruitment firm in Johannesburg.
“At GRM we have a reputation for hiring the best,” said Mr Green, “In Dale we have attracted someone who combines knowledge of the legal sector, knowledge of training and working as a lawyer and experience in the recruitment industry. This combination is rare.”
Under Mr Verster’s guidance, GRM will offer its executive search service to both the practice and in-house markets.
