Colleen O’Neill Joins Korn Ferry As Senior Partner
Global provider of talent management solutions Korn Ferry has announced that Colleen O’Neill has joined the firm’s Atlanta office as a Senior Partner.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms O’Neill was a senior partner at another talent management firm, where she served as global talent management solutions leader. With two decades of consulting experience, holding a range of thought leadership and operational management roles, Ms O’Neill has assisted organizations with a range of human resource issues, including talent strategy, leadership development, performance and career management, and linking pay and performance.

Ms O’Neill, who has written articles on leadership, performance and reward topics, holds a B.A. in Psychobiology from Oberlin College and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Georgia.
