RSR Partners Appoints Matrice Ellis-Kirk As Managing Director
RSR Partners, a board and executive search firm, has appointed Matrice Ellis-Kirk as Managing Director in its Board of Directors Practice.
With more than 18 years of executive search experience, Ms Ellis-Kirk will continue her work in the boardroom, focusing on governance and recruiting. Additionally, she will build a new presence for the firm in the Southwest region, opening an office in Dallas, Texas.
Announcing Ms Ellis-Kirk's appointment, RSR Partners Chief Executive Officer Barrett Stephens said: "We are extremely fortunate to welcome Matrice to our firm. Her wealth of senior-level board recruiting experience will make her not only a tremendous asset to our global client base, but also an instrumental advisor within our company."

Ms Ellis-Kirk's previous experience includes working with two global search firms. She worked with global clients on both executive search and corporate board assignments. In addition, she had management and operating roles.

Ms Ellis-Kirk serves on the President's Commission on White House Fellowship and is a member of the Dallas chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and the Women Corporate Directors. She is active in the business and civic community, serving on boards, including the Dallas Center for Performing Arts and UT Southwestern Medical Foundation. She has written articles and speaks publically on issues of leadership, diversity and the boardroom. Ms Ellis-Kirk has served on public company boards and the World Economic Forum's Council on Women's Empowerment. She earned her BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
