Boyden’s Leadership Series Features Promon’s Luiz Fernando Telles Rudge
Global executive search firm Boyden has released the latest issue of its Leadership Series, featuring an in-depth interview with Luiz Fernando Telles Rudge, CEO of Promon, a Brazil-based infrastructure and engineering company.
In the interview, Mr Rudge discusses his company’s approach to sustainability, human resources milestones and companywide promotion of innovation.

Mr Rudge has been with Grupo Promon for the past 31 years and has served as CEO since 2010. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and also attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He began his career in foreign trade.
