Jerry McGrath Joins DHR As HR Practice Global Leader
Global executive search firm DHR International has appointed Jerry McGrath as Executive Vice President and Global Leader of the Human Resources Practice Group. He will work out of DHR’s New York office, bringing 30 years of human resources and executive recruiting experience.
Prior to joining DHR, Mr McGrath was the leader of Caldwell Partners’ Human Resources Practice and a member of the Financial Services Practice. Before joining Caldwell, Mr McGrath worked for Korn/Ferry International as a client relationship manager, leading executive searches for clients in the Americas and Europe.

Mr McGrath previously held positions with UBS in the US and Europe, serving as global head of recruiting and development for the investment bank and as the head of human resources for investment banking in the Americas. He joined UBS from Credit Suisse First Boston, where he was head of human resources for investment banking. Prior to this role, he was head of global recruiting, as well as vice president of human resources of the US region for MasterCard International.
Mr McGrath holds a Masters in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from West Virginia University.
