India Executive Search Firm Joins Stanton Chase International
Stanton Chase has announced that Chairman’s High Circle (CHC) group of executive search offices in India has joined the Stanton Chase International (SCI) partnership. This move enriches the service coverage within India for SCI’s multinational clients. It will also provide CHC’s India offices with access to SCI’s worldwide network.
“This is a win-win move for both SCI and CHC, and we could not be more pleased,” said George Cross, SCI International Chairman. He added: “We are already working together on several major client searches.
“Clients of both organizations will benefit from access to a larger talent pool as CHC becomes a major part of our worldwide search service.”
CHC is led by Dr Bish Agrawal. Dr Agrawal launched his recruitment firm ABC Consultants in 1969 and spun off Chairman’s High Circle (CHC) to focus exclusively on executive search in 2009. CHC has eight consultants and 30 other employees operating from its head office in Kolkata, and offices in Mumbai, New Delhi and Bangalore.
“Our vision is to become India’s pre-eminent retained executive search firm,” said Dr Agrawal, “and joining the Stanton Chase International partnership group is a major step towards achieving this goal.”
“Stanton Chase has a strong brand in India and this will help us attract the best candidates for our clients. Also, the opportunity to work with our fellow SCI partner offices around the world significantly improves our ability to meet the increasingly global needs of Indian corporations,” Dr Agrawal added.
“The Indian economy is one of the fastest growing in the world, so this is an important move for SCI, for CHC and for our clients,” said Mr Cross. “As India’s business community becomes increasingly active in the global economy, there will be not only more recruitment of Indian executives by multinationals but also more demand by Indian corporations for international talent as they go global,” Mr Cross explained.
CHC will shortly be rebranded as Stanton Chase India and will offer services in all Stanton Chase practice groups.
