Pierre Jeanjean Joins EMA Partners London
Managing Partner James Douglas of EMA Partners London, is pleased to announce that Pierre Jeanjean has joined the company to assist in the development and growth of the London practice.
After service in the French Navy, Mr Jeanjean started his business career working on IT research projects before moving on to Electricité de France / Gas de France (EDF/GDF) where he was involved in the construction and maintenance of electricity & gas networks in Central France. He then joined JCDecaux and, after working in Sweden for a short time, he moved to the UK in 1991.
In 1995, he was appointed managing director of the British subsidiary. Mr Jeanjean has recruited staff for a wide range of senior appointments from managers to board-level positions. He has an excellent understanding of the cultural differences – and similarities - between French and British businesses. He is a graduate from the Ecole Nationale de Techniques Avancées in Paris and completely bilingual in English / French. He is actively involved in the French Chamber of Commerce in the UK, serving on a number of committees.
