Russell Reynolds Associates Expands New York Office With Additions Of Traci Filler, Jessica Weber And Nordia Edwards
Global executive search and assessment firm Russell Reynolds Associates announced the addition of three consultants to its New York office: Traci Filler in the Consumer and Commercial Financial Services Practice, Jessica Weber in the Digital Transformation Practice and Nordia Edwards in the firm’s Corporate Officers Sector.
Joining the Consumer and Commercial Financial Services Practice, Traci Filler will focus her efforts on retail, consumer and commercial banking. She spent the last several years at J.P. Morgan in its Treasury Services division, where her roles included global head of cross-currency payments and global head of strategy for the treasury services business, as well as global head of sales strategy for treasury & securities services.
Before J.P. Morgan, Ms Filler spent three years with IBM as a client services executive, managing global sales of IBM’s services portfolio across the Morgan Stanley account, including business consulting, onshore and offshore application development and innovation, infrastructure, maintenance and strategic outsourcing. She started her career at Ernst & Young as a senior consultant in the Financial Services Performance Improvement Practice. Ms Filler received her B.A. in English and American literature from Brandeis University.

Jessica Weber joins Russell Reynolds Associates’ Digital Transformation Practice with a diverse background from startup ventures to large corporations, spanning media, advertising and retail industries. At Russell Reynolds Associates, Ms Weber will advise Fortune 500, venture capital and private equity-backed companies across the digital landscape, with a focus on recruiting high-impact leaders with expertise in the areas of e-commerce, social media, Big Data and emerging platforms.
Most recently, Ms Weber served as director of digital strategy at Time Inc. She also advised Time Inc.’s CEO on the implications of large-scale acquisitions and new business opportunities. Before Time Inc., Ms Weber served as director of business planning for Next Issue Media, where she planned and developed the venture’s business plan and launched its e-commerce platform.
Ms Weber received her B.S. in marketing from New York University and her M.B.A. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Joining Russell Reynolds Associates in the Corporate Officers Sector, Nordia Edwards will focus on recruiting general counsel and other high-level legal and compliance officers, as well as senior human resources professionals. Ms Edwards most recently was with Davis & Gilbert LLP, where she served as a labor and employment attorney.
Ms Edwards is a member of the New York State Bar and is admitted to practice before the Southern District of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She received her B.S. in aeronautics and astronautics from Stanford University and her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was a member of the Law Review.
