Talentmark Joins The IMA
Talentmark, specialist provider of executive search and interim management services to the life sciences industry, has become the latest company to join The Interim Management Association (IMA); the industry body representing leading UK interim management service providers.
Established in 1971, Talentmark provides a number of services to the world’s leading pharmaceutical organisations including executive search, interim management and resourcing solutions. Many of its executives have made the transition from working within the industry and all have experience of placing talent into positions within client organisations. Talentmark has an international footprint spanning more than 40 countries, centrally managed from its central London offices.
In September 2011 Dafydd Wright joined Talentmark to build upon the dedicated interim management offering, which provides a complementary offering to its executive search and resourcing solution services. A former holder of the IRP Award for Interim Management, Mr. Wright has brought to Talentmark detailed knowledge of interim management, leveraging the value that interim management can give clients within the life science and pharmaceutical industry.
Dafydd Wright, Talentmark’s manager, interim management comments: “The IMA is a collective voice that can effectively represent the benefits of interim management to the business community as a whole, with a clear mandate to focus on driving forward standards around quality and value. We’re delighted to have joined the IMA as an associate member, and believe it will provide us with a real opportunity to shape current debate and advance understanding of interim management as a key driver to business change.”
Jason Atkinson, chairman of the IMA, added: “We’re pleased to have Talentmark and the very accomplished Dafydd Wright on board. The company has made impressive strides over the last year and has proved to be a real heavyweight in its specialist area of interim management. I am sure that Talentmark will benefit hugely from its IMA membership, and we look forward to working closely with the team in the months and years to come.”
