Egypt-Based Aspire HRC Expands IRC Global Executive Search Partners’ (IRC) Talent Acquisition Services To The Middle East
“IRC’s success is based on attracting the world’s most entrepreneurial, innovative and enthusiastic executive search firms,” says Sylvia MacArthur, President of the IRC Executive Board. “Aspire HRC’s talented and globally experienced team is passionate about delivering optimal executive search results to clients around the globe – and that’s what IRC is all about. We’re delighted to welcome Aspire HRC to the IRC alliance.”
Rania Abdalla, Aspire HRC’s Managing Director, founded the company in 2008, focusing on senior management, across all sectors. “At Aspire HRC, we provide end-to-end HR solutions, with four main focus areas,” says Ms. Abdella. “These are HR Consultancy, Senior Management Recruitment & Development, Selection & Assessment, and Outsourcing and Change Management, mostly at the ‘C’ level.”
The company’s head office is in Cairo, Egypt, and Ms. Abdella has seen the fractured global economy’s effect on the region’s real estate and investment banking industries. “However, FMCGs [Fast Moving Consumer Goods] and the telecoms are doing well, as they haven’t been impacted too much,” she says. “We’re also planning to expand to Dubai, as we have in-depth knowledge of that market.”
Aspire HRC’s clients include larger local Egypt-based companies, and multinationals, explains Ms. Abdella. However, she comments, “Small and medium-sized companies are now also approaching us as they realize they also need HR and executive search services.”
Ms. Abdella was with PepsiCo for 11 years, most latterly as human resources director, and is the recipient of several business awards. These include the prestigious PepsiCo Chairman’s Award, (honoring individuals who distinguished themselves as truly extraordinary and serve as inspiration for others), the Appreciation Award (UAE National Human Resource Development Authority).
“Working within the global IRC alliance means we can join hands across many regions, including the Middle East,” says Ms. Abdella. “I believe we can all benefit from sharing experiences in best practices, overcoming challenges, and how best to serve our global and local clients as business increasingly expands across the world.”
