Lorenza Di Giovanni Joins Korn/Ferry International As Client Partner
Korn/Ferry International, a global provider of talent management solutions, announced today that Lorenza Di Giovanni has joined the firm as a Client Partner in the Consumer Practice with a focus on luxury brands. She will be based in Milan, Italy.
Ms. Di Giovanni joins the firm from Odgers Berndtson (formerly Ray & Berndtson), where she acted as Partner, Co-Head of their Luxury Global Practice.
A partner and advisor for organizations that face global talent and leadership challenges in the areas of luxury, retail and fashion, Ms. Di Giovanni brings to Korn/Ferry over a decade's worth of executive search and leadership consulting experience.

Over the years, Ms. Di Giovanni has built a marketing career working with some of multinational consumer goods companies. After working at General Motors and GUESS, Inc in the U.S., she spent eight years at Colgate-Palmolive, Italy holding several senior marketing positions. She then started her own consulting firm, which focused on business and marketing planning, international expansion and institutional and brand communication strategies.
Ms. Di Giovanni earned a Business Administration degree from LUISS University in Rome and an MBA from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles. She is fluent in English and French. She is also an ICF certified executive coach.
