McDermott & Bull, a Southern California-based executive search firm, announced today that Mr. Bill Brewer has joined the firm as a Principal Consultant and will spearhead the growth of the Talent & Executive Leadership Practice at McDermott & Bull. Mr. Brewer will be based in the firm’s Irvine, California headquarters.

Mr. Brewer has over 25 years of experience in corporate human resources within multiple industries including Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for call-center & contact management, Technology including enterprise resource planning (ERP), point of sale (POS), supply chain management (SCM), and human capital management (HCM), Healthcare diagnostic imaging services, Entertainment, and Engineering & Construction. Prior to joining McDermott & Bull, he was the vice president of human resources for Alorica globally with over 20,000 employees worldwide. Prior to Alorica, Mr. Brewer had served as the vice president of human resources for Epicor Software as well as InSight Health Corp. He has held various roles within Human Resources for The Walt Disney Company and Fluor Corporation.

Mr. Brewer is an adjunct Professor with the University of Redlands and volunteers his time with the Career Counseling and Coaching Ministry at Saddleback Church. He also is a mentor for the MBA program at the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine. A resident of California nearly all his life, Mr. Brewer resides in Orange County with his wife Linda and children Ashley, Justin, and Sean.

Mr. Brewer earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Redlands and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach. He is also a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork which focuses on global human resources issues including compensation, benefits, work-life and integrated total rewards.
